2013 Statistics Show Significant Increases
We are off to a busy start in the new year. The statistics just came out for 2013. The housing market is up about 22%. The median sales price in Sonoma County for 2013 was $415,000 compared to $341,500 in 2012.
The average days on market was also less in 2013, 76 days compared to 93 days in 2012. “The number of Property sales over $1M increased by 44% in 2013 compared to 2012, that is pretty significant!”
I also wanted to share some information about solar energy from A1 Solar in the North Bay. In Napa and Sonoma alone hundreds of solar systems are coming online every month. If you pay $100 or more in electricity, you should take a serious look at how much a solar system can save you. Read more of the Case for Solar on my web site.
